Moisture resistance
Due to the porous structure of perlite, the mixture drains moisture, preventing its accumulation. This reduces the risk of mould and fungus growth. The material retains its thermal insulation properties, making it ideal for use in rooms with high levels of moisture.

Resistant to cracking
The mortar is highly resistant to cracking due to its elasticity and low modulus of elasticity. Perlite makes the mix light and porous, which allows the material to compensate for internal stresses. The mix is also characterised by good adhesion to the substrate.

Prevents mold
The alkaline environment of the mixture is also unfavourable for the development of microorganisms. Perlite has natural antiseptic properties and vapour permeability, which protects the surface from biological damage. This is due to the porous structure of perlite.

Soundproofing
The dry mix provides good noise insulation due to the porous structure of the material. The air filling the pores effectively absorbs and disperses sound waves, reducing noise levels. The lightness and porosity of perlite make it an excellent sound insulator.

Lightness
The dry mix is lighter than cement plasters due to the porous structure of perlite, which contains air voids that reduce the density of the mix, making it lighter, which simplifies application and reduces the load on the structure, while maintaining thermal insulation properties.

Air permeability
The mortar is breathable due to the porous structure of perlite, which allows air to circulate freely through the material. The fine pores retain water, creating a waterproofing effect, preventing moisture penetration but allowing vapour to pass through.

Saves time and money
The mortar has complex properties, replacing several traditional materials. This allows to reduce the number of layers when finishing walls. This versatile product simplifies the renovation process, saves time and money, while providing a high quality finish and surface protection.

Ecological purity
Perlite-based dry building mix is environmentally friendly. Perlite is a natural material of volcanic origin and does not contain toxic substances. The mixture is hypoallergenic, does not emit harmful vapours and maintains a healthy microclimate. It is recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Resistant to fire
Perlite-based construction mix is highly fire-resistant, able to withstand temperatures up to 1000°C. The mixture is not flammable and does not emit toxic gases when heated. This makes perlite mixtures an excellent choice for improving the fire safety of buildings and enclosures.
